Indianhead Plaza – Eau Claire

Originally built in 1970, the property is located along Hamilton Avenue just east of State Highway 93. Comprised of five mid-box retail spaces, the property was purchased to backfill existing vacancy with a new Planet Fitness gym. In conjunction with the redevelopment of the space, a ground lease was executed for a cell tower shortly after closing. The property was sold in September 2018.
