Originally built in the mid-1960s, Colonial Plaza was completely redeveloped in 2016. Half of the existing structure was razed to accommodate the construction of a brand new Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market. The asset is located near downtown Menomonee Falls and enjoys excellent visibility and access from Appleton Avenue.
